Regal Estate Group provides an online platform that connects users seeking to rent office space with third-party property owners, managers, and providers (collectively, “Providers”). Our Service allows you to search for, compare, and inquire about workspace listings.
Important: Regal Estate Group is a neutral platform and intermediary. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or landlord. Any agreement to rent a property is a contract made directly between you and the Provider. We are not a party to any such agreement.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business use. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any of our material.
The Service includes listings and information provided by third-party Providers. We are not responsible for and do not endorse the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information (including pricing, availability, and amenities). All such information is the sole responsibility of the Provider.
Your interactions and dealings with any Providers found through our Service are solely between you and such Provider. You agree that Regal Estate Group shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER REGAL ESTATE GROUP NOR ANY PERSON ASSOCIATED WITH US MAKES ANY WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION WITH RESPECT TO THE COMPLETENESS, SECURITY, RELIABILITY, QUALITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.
WE HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL REGAL ESTATE GROUP, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICE, OR ANY SERVICES OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Regal Estate Group, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
